Tips for avoiding careless math errors?

I took a practice test today and maybe because it was on the computer, I kept making careless mistakes on the math sections...

That got me freaking out again because there are only 4 days until the test and I'm worried that I'll make similar stupid mistakes on the test. Does any kind soul have any kind of advice on how to avoid making these errors? I'm confident about my math skills and before I got 800s on virtually all my practice tests but I'm kind of scared that my luck will run out on test day, so help please :(

Don’t worry!! You’re making all those stupid mistakes because you’re panicking. Just calm down, have confidence in your performances. I often make careless mistakes on practice tests too, whether they are online or on paper! On test day, you’ll be focused!!! Just make sure you quickly verify your questions if you have time, especially the easy ones because we tend to go faster when doing them, therefore we pay less attention!!! Good luck!! I’m taking the SAT too on the 9th…
