Is there any ways I can improve my English score by February to raise my scores? English obviously is my weakest area at this point.
Recently I bought the Real ACT Guide, Princeton Review for ACT, and Barron's ACT 36 but I don't know where to start.
Althought my Reading and Math scores are decent, I am still looking for ways I can improve on them.

Any suggestions on how should I approach this?

Ill tell you now with your scores princeton review is worthless (except maybe english). I dont think there was one thing in that book that I already didnt know, and I got a 28 on the practice.

Is it Cracking the ACT ? If yes you should use princeton review for maths and english. Barrons 36 will also help in raising the english score. And for the other two(science and reading) its more practice, practice and practice.

Hi Jumpfly-
Yes- you can improve your English score. My son used a combination of the Real ACT and Barrons 36. His English score on the practice test (in April) was 29. This September he got a 34.

I believe what he did was he would take a practice test in the Real ACT–then anything he missed he would review further in Barrons.

Math would be sort of the same. Although depending on your math curriculum in school, that might naturally rise some anyway.

Science/Reading–use the REAL Act book to practice–paying special attention to getting your timing down.

You have a good solid score on the practice test–so just keep practicing and don’t worry. Good luck!
