Tips on SAT II Lit.

It seems that i can never finish my test on time, or if i do, i get a lot wrong.

I had 8 practice tests with the Kaplan book, so i took and got 600 and then took another one without a 1 hour test limit mainly for practice. Without the stress of time, i got 740.

I'd like to get in the 700-750 range, however, it seems the time really affects my scores.

any tips you guys know of that will allow to speed up the process without taking away from accuracy?

Well, I didn't answer the questions in order. Generally, I read the questions, and if I didn't get the answer immediately, I went on to the next question and came back to the first question later. However, if you do this, make sure you fill in the right answer bubbles for each question. (I also read the passages that were easiest for me first.) I hope this helps.

actually it does.

because i notice i get the poems/passages by the middle questions.

thanks, i'll try it out in a practice test.
