Tisch - Graduate Stage & Film Design

I'm applying this year and REALLY hoping I get in for next Fall. I'm coming from a BA in Art from Berkeley and just had a few questions regarding the program.

Regarding the environment...

Is anyone in this program right now, and if so, how do you like it? How are the courses? How is the environment? The professors?

What's the acceptance rate for the program? (I keep hearing things like it's 20-30 out of the 200-300 people who apply to this program as opposed to Yale's 10 students for their entire drama program only?)

Regarding the portfolio and interview process...

Should I include pieces like life drawing -- like in an illustration portfolio?

How does the interview process work?

Can I include pictures (that aren't mine, or photos I or a friend has taken) that help me explain my inspiration?

Can I include drafts from AutoCAD or VectorWorks that are printed or should I hand-draft? Same with paint scales... can I paint them in Photoshop and print them out or are they looking for hand done paint scales?

Can I bring actual models to the interview?

And how long is each interview?

Anddd of course...

How's the job market after graduation for set/production designers?

Thanks, and looking forward to your replies! =)
