<p>For my common app personal statement essay, do I include a title or no? If I don't have a title (or even if I do, I guess) do I include anything else like a header with my name or something?? </p>

I didn’t include a header either… it’s all attached to the common app so i’m pretty sure you don’t need one.</p>
