To all you brilliant Math II SAT II ers

For the test today (Nov 09) about how many of the last 15 were C?

I’m not a brilliant MATH IIEr, but to my knowledge, you would have been better off guessing A or B

i would expect to break even.
nobody is gonna be able to tell you that without the problem (and since you guessed nobody knows)

i’d expect a 33ish

i don’t think any of 46-50 were C.

but i’d estimate around 3 were (hint… 3=15/5)

3…

(hint, see post above)

Also, possibly 2 or 4

By the way if I had been in your situation, I would have marked all A’s because I think that A’s get a slight bias in their favor in MC questions just because they are the first choice.

(jk)

i think you will break a little less than even

There were less than three Cs in the last 15??

we don’t remember. seroiusly. it’s possible (i don’t remember many Cs but could be wrong)

on a serious note, if you guessed on the last 15 i highly doubt you can break 700, seeing that you were unable to answer these questions with ease and efficiency, you have trouble with math, i donot think you have all the questions correct on the questions you did answer. This comment is not to insult you, but it seems like you want the truth and i will not hold that back from you.

last one was E lol

I’m not bad at math. I skipped precalc because the precalc at my school is a repeat of alg. 2. I’m now in Calc BC. I’m good at math, I’m just slow.

@Blackroses216

You’re probably just not good at algebra/geometry/trigonometry. I know people who can get 5’s on BC Calc with their eyes closed, but fail to get over a 700 on SAT math. I mean, my SAT math score is in the low 700’s, but I managed to get a 5 on AB Calc. It’s all a matter of what kind of math your mind is oriented towards. To make up for my lack of ability to doing simple algebra, I just practiced. Math isn’t hard to learn; in fact, it’s the easiest section to improve on SAT.

math in SAT 2 centered around algebra 2 in the first semester. Just learn those and practice them, you’ll improve by a ton.
