Im not worried about taking 4 courses. Im worried about 3 technical courses and an R&C

My son is currently taking 4 technical courses, and he said he should have also taken CS 61A.

4 technical courses? Thats at least 20 units, and he wanted to take another 4? hmmm

Technical courses are commonly 4 units each, so 4 of them would typically be 16 units.

Don’t be so skeptical of students that are taking course loads of 20+ units. Some people have the capacity, some can’t. You should know your limits by now.
