<p>A nominal full course load is 15 units. Most courses are 4 units, and most of the rest are 3 units, so a typical full course load is usually about 4 courses. Some students can handle higher course loads, especially with lower workload courses (those without labs, term projects, computer programming assignments, or voluminous reading).</p>
<p>Honors math courses usually do not get that full.</p>
