Because of the international conference, my music instructor could not write me a recommendation, which was required for the Art Supplement. Thus, I submitted just my application and did not send the supplement (I put the check mark next to the "No Supplement")
My teacher got back from the conference and today she said she wrote me a recommendation and she would really like the admission officers to see it. Also, in the recommendation, she's going to mention the conference as the reason for my late supplement.
So, should I send in her recommendation (whenever she'll give it to me; it may be this week or it maybe even later...) along with the CD with my recording?
My inner feeling tells me no, but my teacher tells me that I should...

It’s Jan 03 — it’s not VERY late whatsoever. Send it. They are still assembling your files. No need to fret.

I’d say go for it. If it’s something that your teacher think will really help you, I can’t see the harm. If it’s her portion that delayed the submission, I don’t think the admissions office will hold it again you.

There is probably no harm in trying, but Harvard seems to discourage art supplements and may be strict in enforcing the deadline. My daughter submitted a music supplement to Harvard and it had to be mailed. The instructions said nothing about including a letter of recommendation and so we did not send one. We just sent the cd, cover letter, and resume.
