I originally thought for some reason that the Common Application Arts Supplement was sent to colleges no matter whether they asked for them or not, but now I'm not sure. Only 3 of my schools asked for it, should I try sending a CD form of my supplement to my colleges now or is it too late?

I mean I know some colleges are strict on their policy where it has to be sent in by the time your app is due, but some seem to say as soon as possible. Does this mean I can wait a week until I can perform and record the piece I’m working on, add that to my current arts supplement, and send that in a week from now to those colleges? Do you think it would be worth sending that CD to all my colleges just in case they might look at it, or would it look bad because it came so late? Help please!

I’m thinking of sending stuff in on Monday through snail mail, do you think I should add an apology letter or if I should even send the stuff?

Send it overnight mail (e.g. FedEx). Followup with an email to each recipient saying that it’s coming. Don’t apologize.
