To Send or Not To Send

So, i'm debating whether or not to send my scores to the schools that I want to. I did improve my score the last two times i took it (25 ---> 29) and i sent those out. I just took it this Saturday so I'm debating, did I get higher than a 29? I don't want to show college the score before that there was a dip in my score, if there was. it is possible that i did better, but it is also possible that i did worse. i'm not exactly that confident about the score though, but hopefully it did go up. studied really hard this time around.

my schools were UIUC, UChicago, Stanford, and Duke, but idk if i should. soo any CC advice would help! thank you.

What is your SAT score?

I am a very cautious person, so I would wait to be sure. How did you feel about the exam?

just wait to see what this score was, i don’t see how it could hurt.

Just freaking send it, colleges only look at the highest score…

Send the score; a 29 is a good score. It is very difficult to improve your score by much at all once you hit around 30. If it did go up, just send the higher score later and they’ll only look at the highest one.

wow! thanks so much everybody.

yah. i never took the SAT so i don’t have a score there (because frankly, i suck at it :P)

yosup has a good point. the only worry i have is if my score dropped but i felt somewhat confident about this exam. though it was harder, i studied my butt off for it, so … i’ll send it. AHH. The wait is killing me ;)

I’m pretty sure it cost money if you don’t send it right away, I debating the same thing about Michigan, Texas, USC, NYU…I got a 1840 SAT (lol) and thinking I got a 29 on this test, lower than my practices but whatever, I think I’m just gonna send em and save the money.

I sent my score of 32 to the one school that I was applying ea. I did not send the scores from last week to any schools. I would rather pay the extra money and know what I’m sending.
