I want to know what CMC's attitude to North Korea affairs. I want to write about it in my application to CMC.
THX!!

It should not matter what the college thinks. If you have something to say and a point to defend or your own perspective that is all that is important.

But you have brought this subject up before and I have to agree that I don’t think you understand that unless you are asked by the college to make an opinion piece, don’t make this the topic of your essay. If you are using it as an example of the types of things that you would like to study, then fine. Please reread this older thread of yours:

CMC = Claremont McKenna College?

A college is a collection of individuals. American colleges don’t have foreign policies. They don’t set collective opinions about foreign countries for everyone in the community to follow. Some individuals on the admission committee may have strong opinions about some foreign countries (possibly including the DPRK). However, you cannot predict which of those individuals might have what opinions about which countries.
