did anybody get a whole string of E's for one of the writing sections?

I did...I hope we're right....

i did also. i got like 5 or 6 of them in a row.. it was like
DEEDEEEE or something followed by a B or an A

rightwing, did u have the chair problem or the pail?

i didn't have a pail one. i had one about 3 sets of cups that were stacked, but i am positive it said cups, not pails.. so i guess that means i had the chair one.

i asked because i definetly did not have a string of e's in the writing section ... jsu wanted to see if we had different tests.. and i think we did (i had no cup problem)

I put that the sometimes quite moving part was wrong because it just sounded very awkward.

^ I found it awkward too, but I couldn't pinpoint the problem, so I put E.
AHHH :(

i don't see an error in that sentance, i put e.

i chose "sometimes quite moving" as well......something had to be wrong with it ....really awkward

I also put "sometimes quite moving"

Because the sentence went something like... "the critic's note was detailed and sometimes quite moving"... I thought that the two things should be parallel...?

yea..exactly

those that took the PSAT this year should of gotten the last sentence error id in writing.......

I didn't think that writing section with the forest fires thing was too bad.

But the critical reading was hard.

I had a passage about machines. And one of the questions was like 'What does 'signal' mean in this sentence?

I put symbolize. Does anyone remember what they put?

im pretty sure the answer was ... damn, i forgot ... it started with an i

Indicate? That's what I put.

WHAT is wrong with it? parrallelism????

i agree with indicate. the robots could "indicate" sadness, but not truly feel it.

for those who had 3 writing sections and the infamous "chair problem," does anyone recall having a pick the part with the error question that began with "despite [blah, blah, blah, noun]," and then used the progressive tense of a verb after the comma? I couldn't quite bring myself to put no error, as I have been informed that there are rarely more than four in a section...I know this is bad, but I am not so continent. Anyways, I put the "despite" part as the error (like 4 words), thinking that despite would have to be followed by some sort of verb phrase.

Hooray For Turing On The Sat!!!
