TOEFL personal paper score report

<p>Could somebody please tell me, whether I need to pay to request a personal paper score report mailed to me (if I'm international) or they must send it for free? Should I contact them if I havent got my September scores yet? Thanks!</p>

<p>After the TOEFL has been taken and evaluated, student (you) receive a free(no need to pay) paper report by post. I would advise you to contact ETS directly and describe the situation/area in a country of residence because delivery may take a lot of time, especially during recent holidays.</p>

<p>Find additional information which may to the solution lead you (I am not sure about):

  1. Can a report be lost? google it
  2. Difficulties with post delivery in your city/village?
  3. Canceling scores after/before TOEFL has been taken.</p>
