Toefl score

I applied Boston University and New York university
have anyone gotten decisions already?
I was waiting the result but they suddenly require me to submit toefl or English score.
But it’s already passed the deadline and I asked them if it’s too late to take a test and submit the score ,
They told me that they can’t be guaranteed that they can wait for me submitting Toefl score before the decision.

Is there any one ever in the same situation ??

Yes they require the TOEFL with 100+
