TOEFL scores too early?

<p>Hey all.</p>

<p>I have a small question. I think I've done something terribly wrong. I'm already poor, but it seems I've got to pay even more.</p>

<p>I sat for TOEFL test on October 10th. I received my scores 2 weeks after that, as promised. I suppose the schools will also receive my scores soon, if they haven't yet. The problem is, however, did I take the test too early if I'm applying for admission for fall 2010 as a transfer student? I mean the deadlines are in March or April. I haven't even submitted my applications. Does that mean I'm going to have to send the scores again in the future, or will they keep my results, or how does it exactly work? When is exactly the right time to send the results?</p>

<p>Also, how do I know whether they've received my scores or not? And when will I get the hard copy from ETS, it's been a month already?</p>

<p>Thanks for anyone, who bothers to help me. I feel so hollow inside.</p>

<p>No don’t worry. TOEFL scores are valid for 2 years. You’ll have to wait a while to get the hard copy, if you ordered it. You can’t know if they’ve received your scores but schools will hold all forms until you send in an application. To calm you even more I took the TOEFL in August of this year and am also applying 2010. :wink: It’s all good!</p>
