I am asking you the following because the official toefl site is so irritating and difficult to look into, and I'm already extremely stressed out.
my question is: how long will it take for my score to be sent to some colleges? I took the test in september and now I want to send it to a college in particular and I'm worried it won't make it until Januay 1st.

<p>um..I got the test result on 11/7 and sent it right away..
I think it took approximately 3 weeks b/c I recieved the "Score Report Request Acknowledgement" from ETS(they'll send u a letter via mail) about a week ago.

<p>oh btw,I think u should just send it right away and notify your college about your score report(maybe ask them if they'd wait for it)
I think most schools will wait for delayed scores(as long as it's not too late)

<p>If the application deadline is January 1st, it means that colleges want your application by January 1st but they will usually accept supplemental material that arrives later (many colleges still accept test scores from January test dates which won't arrive until early February - not for ED of course).</p>

<p>WAIT! what about the sat? . how long does it take for scores to get to colleges after the 2nd Wenesday after the test but BEFORE I get the scores(cause I know it takes from 3 to 5 weeks after you see your results.
Let's see if you know it all this time.

<p>It's OK. You can see the sentence "December tests are acceptable" on admissions site.</p>
