Too Late For Recruitment?

I've been training all summer twice a day and know that I'm talented. However, I was injured my sophomore and junior year of track and was wondering if it is too late to be recruited by schools. I am a sprinter and I've timed myself and beaten times listed on some of the schools recruiting standards, just not at any official meets. If i run doing indoor season and achieve these standards at meets, is there a possibility of recruitment or to receive a scholarship still as a Senior?

Recruiting for track can go well into senior year and beyond, continuing up until Fall classes start (with Ivy league schools being the exception, they are usually done early in senior year due to their Likely Letter process)

However, make sure you have realistic expectations when it comes to track, there is not much money to go around. While it is a little better for girls than boys, (in terms of number of scholarships available), even if you meet recruiting guidelines, initial offers may just be for guaranteed admission or a partial scholarship until you prove yourself on the team.

So if an athlete has heard back from an Ivy coach but no recruiting invite yet, is it doubtful it will happen?
