Too late to apply for transfer?

<p>So, if schools have "priority date" for transfers, what are the realistic chances of getting in after the date? Or if the date isn't actually "priority" but just a deadline date? The schools still accept applications online even after the deadlines. (is it just a way to get extra 40 bucks from schmucks like me?</p>

<p>I didn't get in to my no1 choice, and I do not want to go to my absolute safety (University of Kansas). Still waiting to hear from few others, but they're private and money is an issue.</p>

<p>So, I'm thinking of trying some last minute maneuver... Ah, life sucks...</p>

<p>I'm interested in University of Alabama, University of Vermont and University of Georgia. 3.4GPA, 28ACT, good essay, not too many ECs. Any ideas would be appreciated. :)</p>
