Too late to apply?!?! URGET

<p>Does the January 10th deadline mean it can be submitted on Jan10th or does it have to be before Jan 9th 11:59 pm?</p>

<p>The thought of missing the deadline literally is making me cry. It's finals week here, I've been distracted. You can lecture me and say I've brought this upon myself but I really haven't. I've just had the most insane schedule and I depended on today, and tomorrow to finish my supplement essay and I wasn't able to finish it today because of really serious personal events. Then I reread the USC deadline Faqs and realized the wording sort of made it sound like the application couldn't be submitted on the 10th.</p>
