Too Late to send updates for major awards?

<p>I'm guessing it would be pretty silly to send updates now, but I just won some major awards and was wondering if I should bother or not.</p>

<ul>
<li>Speech & Debate, Pennsylvania national qualifier for Student Congress</li>
<li>Speech & Debate, Pennsylvania 2nd place State Championships, Public Forum debate</li>
<li>John F. Kennedy achievement award </li>
</ul>

<p>The competitive schools I applied to are Cornell, Colgate, George Washington U, and UPenn</p>

<p>It's probably too late, right?</p>

<p>I wouldn’t recommend sending them because they’re not significant enough that they’d likely change your admissions decision and it might annoy the adcoms.</p>

<p>At this point, it may not have any affect and probably won’t change whatever decision has been made, but I don’t think it would hurt just to send them an email notifying those colleges of the awards.</p>
