I don't know if you've noticed but there are too many normal people that it is starting to annoy me. What do you guys think? I think that these normal people should be literally exposed since their lies are too obvious and I would love to see someone post that they were a normal person.

agreed. .

I would love to see someone admit that they are a troll esp. iwannagoivy.
savouring the moment

Of course, you realize that all the people on this board are the college-obsessed, brilliant/manic workaholics who want validation for their insipid existence. When you've sacrificed your life to get into an Ivy, you totally want to (a) brag and (b) have people assure you that your sleepless nights have not been in vain.

I'm not even going to pretend I'm not one of the aforementioned. Just the fact that I use the word "aforementioned" should make it pretty obvious that I'm book smart, but have no common sense.

I am a "normal" person, I quit highschool when I was 17, joined the army, got married had a daughter...went to Iraq....and after all that I am now just starting out in community college at the ripe old age of 27! How is that for not fitting in to this group?

ps
after reading the stats on this site I have lost all hope of ever transfering to a good 4year university or anywhere other than Podunk University for the under achiever! LOL

Corrinas -
Wow.....nice work.....
Out of curiosity, why are you hanging out with freaks like us?

By the way, don't lose hope. You have something that none of the rest of us have - actual life experiences. The fact that you went to Iraq will totally make you stand out. Better than the freaking Key Club, you know.

well somewhere in my obviously not up to snuff brain...I thought I could start all over and eventually go to law school....maybe harvard will want me for diversity. What do you think? HaHa

Hey anything's possible. My mom was a Latin dancer and became a doctor, and my dad was a shrimp farmer and became a businessman.

Than I guess I have a shot! Harvard Law School class of 2010 here I come!

by the way do you think cleaning up after kids might be considered an EC? LOL

Well, I heard that taking care of your sick grandmother counts, so I would assume that the same goes for kids.

by the way where do you go to school?

I'm a senior in high school. But if you really want to know, I go to North Central High School in Indiana.

Well thats good, you have your whole life ahead of you....good luck!

Yeah, I'm hoping life (and college) are as good as they are cracked up to be. Because I haven't gone without sleep for 3 years just to have all my dreams collapse.

Anyway, I'm off. I've got work tomorrow....nice talking to you though.

what are your goals? obviously if you haven't slept in three years you must be pretty damn smart!

bye thanks for the chat!
