<p>Slipper recommended great schools. Georgetown is also great for IR because of the political environment. JHU is good for pre-meds, but it's cutthroat.</p>

Pre-med -definitely apply to JHU
As far as i understand, you speak french well and seem to be interested in intl. bussiness--UPenn has an awesome program _ the Huntsman program, which is some type of a double degree for international studies from the College at Penn and their Wharton school of business. As far as for a reach...only 45 people get in each year...but it's worth a try, espe. if french is something you have mastered.</p>
