<p>I have read on CC that the NMS uses different scores for different states and NY has a fairly high score to achieve
for NMS SF. We will know in a couple of months. Fingers crossed.</p>

<p>The NMS uses different scores for different states, generally the highest is 225 and NY is usually a bit lower than that so by PSAT 2250 if you mean 225, then I think you would be fine.
The 1960 SAT score is just a aprx score required in addition to the PSAT, High school transcripts, essay. So I think no worries there. Just confirm if she has 225 in PSAT. If that is case you should be all set.</p>

Take it again and again until you get to 2400.
Also take the ACT as many times possible.</p>
