Top 5 areas in US for employment after graduating college.......

I was wondering what places in the US spefically metropolitan areas that offer the best job prospects. Has things changed in the last 20 years, are all the known places still on the list and has there been areas that were never mentioned as recent as 10 years ago but now are emerging as a contender. This is my list:

  1. New York City Area
  2. Los Angeles Area
  3. Chicago area
  4. Boston area
  5. San Francisco area
  6. washington Dc
  7. Phoenix area is growing in jobs and both population

any more??

<p>I would think this varies a lot depending on which field you are seeking employment. For example, Boston is terrific for medical and education opportunities and not very good for large scale manufacturing.</p>
