What schools are great for athletic training? Most interested in working with wrestling team, football team too.

I’m pretty sure bigger named sports schools like Ohio State, UMich., etc have better athletic training programs than schools that aren’t into sports.
[Athletic Training & Sports Medicine - The Ohio State University - Division of Athletic Training](http://amp.osu.edu/AT/)
[Athletic Training | U-M School of Kinesiology](http://www.kines.umich.edu/academics/at/)

I will also add UTexas. Supposedly it is the #1 program in the United States.

thanks, i will look into these schools. This may sound stupid, but which are the big name sports schools?

Really any Division I school. I would look at schools that are in the Big Ten, Big 12, ACC, SEC, and PAC-10. Penn State, Florida, Boston College, Alabama, etc.

Thanks. This may also sound stupid, but how would being at a top sports school change the experience from being at a not so great one? For example, I’m looking at San Jose State (still div 1) since it’s close to home. How would the experience there differ from say, University of Michigan?
