<p>your top comp sci programs will come at #1 CMU (i am sure of that) and probably good (b/c they are at everything) MIT, as per the Ivy's the best engineering ivy w/o a doubt is Cornell, upenn isn't good, and im not sure about columbia, but i dont' think it ranks up their either</p>
