I'm an international engineering freshman, but I want to know a few facts about graduate school.
Yes, I know that it's way too way early to start thinking about it right now, but its always better to start early.

Anyways as per the topic says - I want to know about the top notch universities which offers tuition waivers to International students. It doesn't matter if it's based on merit or overall. Tuition waivers can be like Out-of-State waivers, Full/Partial Tuition waivers etc.

I'm starting this discussion right now as I want to best prepare myself for the grad school.

Most top-notch Ph.D programs in the US provide tuition waivers and living stipends to most if not all of their students. In return, the Ph.D student either serves as a teaching assistant, a research assistant, or both.

The situation for master’s students is quite different. Most students working on a masters pay their own way or take out loans. Funds may be available for masters students if there aren’t sufficient Ph.D students to fill the TA or RA jobs needed.
