Hi, I’m looking at where to apply for Fall 2017 and looking at possible out of state schools. As of now, I am applying to Georgetown, USC, Cornell, and NYU. Are there any other top level transfer friendly schools for a community college student like myself? I am going to apply as a business major. I feel like these four schools are the only schools that really fit the description of transfer friendly and don’t make you take an extra year, etc.
Cornell/NYU are not transfer friendly. So isn’t georgetown.
They accept transfers for OTHER majors besides business. I’ve looked alot into it.
So you’re saying basically don’t apply as a business major for any of these three schools you mentioned? Are my chances just too little to be worth it?
The best thing is talking to a transfer advisor at your CC. You will want to maximize the credits you can transfer to the 4yr university. Some CC have articulation or transfer agreements with instate universities.
