<p>What are the top schools which don`t require SAT OR ACT?</p>
<p>I know that Cornell CALS (not sure about CAS), Brown, and Swarthmore don’t require SATs from transfers.</p>

Also, caltech doesnt require any standardize test and wasn’t on the list above.</p>
<p>So is it real to get into CalTech from tier 4, if you don`t have SAT, or it is done just for Bill Gates, Steve Jobs… to be easier to continue their education?</p>
