Total number of AP tests ever taken?

I have to agree with you. It's ridiculous. This year they've made it so even half-semester APs count as a whole, effectively just meaning for APs like Physics C you have to pay double. It's unfounded.

yeah, they started counting physics C as two exams this year. that's an extra 90 bucks. if only i had taken it a year earlier... anyways, at my school, late registration makes each exam $110. and then it goes up like another 20 bucks each week until the ap exam.

10 total- 9AP 1IB

im barely a sophomore lol
so 2 only: bio and world

9 aps, but 8ibs, ibs are two days :(

I have taken 5 so far and 4 (5 if counting two parts of physics C) next year. That's it. Some colleges don't give you over some given number of credits so really no use.
max # of APs offered at my school is 10. I am not only taking AP Stats which I hear is of no use (no clue!) as it isn't calculus based.
Also, I don't want to kill myself and my AP grades as I don't have the self determination to study alone.

are the people that say "7APs and 7IBs, so 14 total" saying that they took 7IB tests that in no way corresponded to their 7AP tests, or were the tests the IB-version of the AP?

because I think it is misleading to go: since 7AP + 7IB= 14 tests, I've taken 14 tests. Really, you've only tested on the same subject twice, 7 times lol

even if you take IB versions of the AP, they are very different tests (IB has no multiple choice) and require different knowledge, usually more theoretical.

1 jr year
4 sr year

private school curriculum doesn't allow many APs

Took 6 last year (world, euro, comp gov, us gov, psych, envi sci)
Took 7 this year (ush, mac econ, mic econ, biology, englang and comp, stats, human geo)

6 soph
7 jr
(4-6 next year)
so 13 total atm with 17-19 next year :) I think I may win

1 Sophmore year
5 Junior Year
6 Senior Year
12 Total

A student that graduated last year took, and passed, 20 exams and then went to Harvard where his APs counted for nothing anway :).

5 junior year (only european history is offered in soph, didn't qualify w/ my grade)
5 senior year

so... 10 total unless I decide to self-study somethin (VERY VERY unlikely).

16 total (but i prob. failed E&M)
doing Phys B next week

1 Soph
3 Junior
~6 Senior (If I decide to take Econ)
10 Total

2 soph (world, env sci)
4 Junior (US, lang, stat, bio)
4 Senior (psych, lit, calc AB, euro)

1 frosh
4 soph
4 junior
3 senior
12 total. I'm done *****.

1 soph
5 junior
6 senior
1 self study

13 come end of senior year

3 soph
7 junior
6+ senior

Will have at least 16.
gege

*=self-study
^=not offered at school

1 Sophomore (European History)
4 Junior (^Music Theory, Chemistry, UShistory, and English Lang.)
at least 6 senior year (Biology, either Calc AP or BC^, English Lit., MAYBE Spanish, Art history, Macro/Microeconomics^^, and Physics B) not sure which ones I'm going to self study yet seeing as I'm a rising junior, but yeah.

At least 11- not sure if I want more or not because these are expensive and I have a huge affinity with the number 11- is 11 not enough? At least I will have National Scholar.

And also school only offers 11 APs and two of those are the language you are not taking (unless you are super advanced in two languages, but then you wouldn't be able to schedule other APs), so that makes 9 possible Aps at my school. I want to have 11. I get to beat everyone in my class!!
