Totally confused about ACT Writing, Help Please!

<p>Okay, so I am taking the ACT Plus Writing in like one week from now and I am confused about the scoring. Let's say that I got a 10 on the writing (essay) out of 12. How would the results look:</p>

<p>Example 1:</p>

<p>English: Blah
Science: Blah
Math: Blah
Reading: Blah
Writing: 10
Combined English/Writing: Blah</p>

<p>OR</p>

<p>Example 2:</p>

<p>Combined English/Writing: Blah
Science: Blah
Math: Blah
Reading: Blah</p>

<p>If you know the answer, please just write me back. Thanks!</p>

<p>Universities usually don’t look at your combined english/writing score though,they’ll only look at your writing score out of 12.</p>
