<p>AT that time, it wasn’t a problem. They were fairly efficient, at least as far as a state school would be efficient.</p>

<p>Today, many state schools are undergoing a lot of changes and downsizing and cost reduction measures due to the economy. If you think things are bad at Towson, just check out what’s going on in the University of California system.</p>

<p>RVM - I’m glad they were able to give you good information and resend the link - I think it’s the waiting in total darkness that I found most frustrating. Now all you need is a time consuming hobby to get you through to early December!</p>
