My son and I just got back from a tour a BU this weekend. He liked it a lot so much that he wants to transfer this spring instead of waiting to finish his last term at CC. He doesn’t care too much about getting his associates as he’s looking for Phd in Psych. A few questions: Any opinions about Bing’s Psych program? He would get his undergrad in psych and then try to get into their Phd psych program there. Are transfers welcomed if they come in the spring? or should he wait till the fall when most come in? Is everyone already grouped up with friends? How easy will it be to get the housing you want in the spring? I think he’s leaning toward Dickinson or Newing. He wants to meet new people and embrace the dorm experience he missed not coming in as a freshmen. Any feedback would be so helpful.
