My transcript and teacher recs were submitted a while ago, but Penn portal says they're not satisfied. Has anyone encountered the same problem?

I submitted the fee waiver a while ago, and the portal said “not satisfied.” But I thought I should wait at least a week. Then, today, it changed to “not paid.” Idk what’s going on.

Mine were sent end of November. I called mid-Dec And was told to wait. Called again last week as portal still says ‘not satisfied’ for teacher rec and fee and the person who answered the phone was short and snide with me. She asked me if I read the portion of the portal that said wait 3 weeks to call. I said that I had waited six weeks and her tone changed. The portal stills indicates mine are missing, but I am not concerned as I have made every effort to correct this. Portal now states to wait several weeks before contacting them. Hmmmmmmm…

I first logged into my portal account about two weeks ago. At that point, they claimed that I hadn’t paid either the application or sent my transcript. After waiting two weeks, my counselor and I called admissions today.

THEY STRESSED that I not freak out. They probably have the materials, and they just haven’t been logged into the portal system yet. However, the assistant on the phone seemed utterly pretentious :-< .

By the end of the conversation, the guy was pretty much saying, “Get off the phone, we will find your materials.” Eventually he explained that IF THE MATERIALS ARE ACTUALLY MISSING they will email you personally with what you need.

HOWEVER, you will not be penalized in the admissions process as long as they have your supplement and common app.
