I took Differential Equations at a local liberal arts college this year, and I was wondering if I would need to get a transcript from that college to send with my mid-year reports? My official HS transcript also lists the course as well, so I feel that this would be a bit repetitive.

Yes, you need to send an official transcript.

This isn’t really about you, or about your HS. It is about the colleges/universities that you applied to and the LAC where you took the class playing nicely with each other.

You need to send all of your transcripts after 9th grade. That includes your college transcripts.

I asked my high school’s registrar today and she said that since it was already listed on my transcript, I wouldn’t need to submit it. Is this correct information?

Send the official transcript. It doesn’t cost that much money, and it will save you having any surprises later. Some colleges won’t even look at your file until they know that they have all of the pieces.
