Transcript postmarked after 12/31??

<p>I know that it says all items must be submitted and/or postmarked by 12/31. If everything is submitted in time EXCEPT the school sends the transcript on 1/3/12 will they still accept it or throw the application in the trash for missing the deadlines?</p>

<p>My daughter has had a last minute change of heart and wants to send in the application to Yale. Unfortunately now the transcript won't be postmarked until 1/3.</p>

<p>No worries, as long as your daughter’s stuff is in by 12/31 you should be fine. If the school sends her transcript/school report later, they will not penalize her.</p>
