Transcript still not received?

Hi! I sent in my transcript around late May and in Parchment it said “Download Confirmed” since June 2 and that the transcript is “received and downloaded” yet for 3 weeks in MyUCLA the transcript is still marked as “not received.” Should I wait a few days, or worried that they lost the transcript?

@FellowFromLA Did you call and have they receive but just not updating the portal?
