<p>I just got an e-mail from BU saying that they hadn’t gotten my transcript.
My counselor submitted it electronically on the Common App, so I thought that was okay.
Do I need to send in another copy?</p>

<p>My daughter got the same email. Her counselor said she transmitted it electronically also. We just sent a paper copy by mail</p>
<p>@ lilspring - I’m in the same situation. My counselor doesn’t have any idea and she also submitted it online! Maybe they haven’t processed that part of the application yet? is that possible?</p>

<p>Hmmm. I didn’t get an E-mail from them directly, but my BU web account states that they don’t have my senior grades. My semester didn’t end yet, so I think I’m just going to wait it out instead of contacting them.</p>
<p>Maybe you guys could call/e-mail them? Uconn said they never got my transcript either and I emailed them saying that my transcript was sent electronically in mid/early December, which was definitely 10-15 business days already. They responded back 1-2 days later and said that my application was actually all complete, so I’d suggest contacting them.</p>
<p>@Jenonymous, I already tried emailing them but I received the same reply- that they hadn’t received my transcripts yet. I think I’ll wait for another few days before contacting them again. The first time even my financial documents status said ‘incomplete’ but once I emailed them, it was updated in a few days.</p>
<p>@lilspring, My Penn Portal says everything is satisfied. But don’t worry, they take some time to process the whole thing. Initially my Application fee and transcripts were outstanding, whereas I had paid my app fee sometime in November! :)</p>
<p>My daughter received the same email and online it said they didn’t have her transcript and senior grades. My daughter’s counselor sent the transcript out early December. I sent an email to BU but no response so I called today and got an immediate answer. Apparently they did have my daughters transcript. However, since my daughter listed another high school where she took a non-credit class, they expected a transcript for that. So they corrected her status as complete. As for the senior grades, the BU person confirmed that it was the mid-year grades which my daughter already requested from her school. So my suggestion to you is to call BU admissions instead of emailing. They were very nice.</p>
