<p>My school has sent out the transcripts and rec. letters. All supplemental docs have been faxed as well. How long does it take before that gets reflected in MIT's application status ?

<p>Don’t worry until they contact you to tell you that something is missing, and then, don’t worry, just take care of the missing material.</p>
<p>I accidentally added my common app id on a supplemental MIT form that I mailed in. Is this a big problem?</p>
<p>More than likely not, unless there is nothing else on that form that can identify you individually.</p>
<p>It’ll take about 2 to 3 weeks for them to process all the material (there will be a blog post announcing when this has happened). If they don’t have something that they need, they’ll just ask you to fax it over.</p>
