I’m a transfer applicant. I ordered my transcript to be sent on 1/19, and the portal still says that they didn’t receive it. I’m 99% sure my community college sent it, because I got the copy of the order form (which they send to the student only when the transcript is sent to the ordered place). I sent my AP scores a couple days earlier, and they got it two weeks ago…I don’t know, should I be worried? Or is it possible that they received my transcript, but didn’t process it yet?.. it’s been a month though…
I’m on the same boat I actually went and spoke with an advisor she said they had a huge influx of transcripts coming in and some were looked at and others not yet. I turned in transcripts from two different colleges and only one made it. I turned in some myself to make sure they receive it but they still didn’t change my status.
It does take them a couple of weeks to acknowledge it on Broncodirect, even though the admissions office does have your transcripts on file. I think they just have to filter through all the right people first.
@silvilooo Don’t worry. I sent mine around the same time as you and my status recently updated to “Ready for Review” instead of “Needs Documents”. As long as the transcript got to CPP on time (which yours probably did), you should be fine.
Im a current student but started out transferring. I was in the same position you guys were so I went and I asked. Sometimes theyll actually go into the back and look for your stuff and check it off on your to do list but most times theyll tell you that if you have proof that you sent the transcripts before the deadline, like your receipt for paying for them, everything will be fine. 99.99% of the time, the school has them they just havent gotten around to yours yet. It’ll say on the letter when they got sent so youre ok
I’ve called the college twice this month now and they said that they are sure they have mine but haven’t processed it yet due to the overwhelming number of transcripts they’ve received for fall. My status is still at “initiated”. My AP scores got in on time, but I’m still waiting on my transcripts. I hope they clear them soon! It’s almost March…
