Transcripts when applying as a transfer.

I attended two CC’s (one was in HS with dual enrollment) and the second CC was post-high school where I’m currently completing my AA. I have transferred the credits I earned during high school from the last CC to my current school, and am now debating on applying as a transfer to a university. When I apply, do I need to include transcripts from both CC’s or will my current college have the credits from the 1st cc on my transcript?

If the grades didn’t transfer from one CC transcript to the other, then you definitely need to send both. Other than that you should ask the college(s) what they require.

When you apply for admission to an accredited college or university in the US, or for a job that requires all of your academic records, you are obligated to provide original transcripts from every place that you have earned college credits. Period.

No matter if you earned those credits before you graduated from high school.
No matter how long ago you earned those credits.
No matter if the place was unaccredited, or in another country, or if the credits were accepted for transfer somewhere else.
You have to send an official transcript from each place that you attended.

So, don’t lose the contact information for both of the CCs that you have attended. Chances are that you will be needing to request copies of your transcripts many times over the course of your life!
