Transcripts

<p>I have a problem regarding transcripts. UCLA states that they want the transcripts by the 15th of July, however, our ministry of education does not release official transcripts until July 29th. What should I do or who should I contact to notify/solve this problem? </p>

<p>Also, will this affect my admission at all?</p>
