has anyone sent their transcripts in yet? and if you have, does it say they have recieved it?

because i sent mine in almost two weeks ago and it says they still dont have it.

I ordered mine June 11 and SB received it less than a week later. I guess it depends how soon your school finished doing final grades and actually sending them. :]

Do you guys know if you have to wait for grades to come out before you can order a transcript and have it sent to sb?

i would check with your school and order your transcripts as soon as possible..just so you don't risk missing the due date

I picked up my transcripts personally and sent them in. UCSB received them three days after that. If your school sent them, it can take up to four weeks for them to process the request, or at least that is most schools' worst case scenario. I say call your admissions office and follow up on if they sent out your transcripts. And then call UCSB and ask them if they received the transcripts or correspondence from your school. Always follow up, it can be your friend. (cheesy, I know.)

i ordered mine to be sent on may 25th and one got there on the 1 week later the other one took a month, they still havent received my IGETC certification yet although they sent me a copy of it today soo hopefully it gets there soon

I just ordered mine yesterday, but they still can't send it until my final spring quarter grades come out, but I chose speed delevery. So hopfully my IGETC cert. and transcripts make it on time.

UGH! IGETC certification!!! I won't be doing that until August after my summer grades are finalized. And I'm nervous they won't get to UCSB before the last deadline. That's the only thing I'm worried about.

Is it true that UCSB downloads your transcript from some database or something? Because I ordered my transcript through docufide.com and under the order status thingy, it says "available for downlaod" but under "received", it's blank.

does anyone know the deal with this?

and what happens if you miss the deadline?
i ordered my transcripts a while ago, but our registrar gets pretty moody often, so I don't know what's gonna happen.

I have a question regarding this too. I had a person from our school send in the official transcript and she sends them all in together. Other people from our school sent it too and they all say UCSB has received them. However, on the checklist for me on the admissions site it says they have yet to "receive official scores".

I already sent the SATs.

Are these scores I have forgotten to send (APs?) or is it referring to the transcript when it says scores?

Scores probably mean scores of some kind, not transcipts. Did you take AP exams? What about your SAT subject exams? When the sites are working again you could check online at the Admissions site.

Does anyone know the UCSB address you are supposed to get these sent to? Their website is down.

Office of Admissions
1210 Cheadle Hall
University of California
Santa Barbara, CA 93106-2014

Thanks so much!

The registrar at my school didn't even ask for the address, just name.

~Given that it's a school in the same state

Can anyone on here confirm that ucsb extended there deadline for transcripts? I called in last week to follow up if my transcripts came in, but they said most of them are in, just have not been reviewed and she told me not to worry because the deadline has been extended until the end of the month.

i got the same thing calvin, they still havent got my IGETC cert.

Yeah I double checked with admissions again. They said just keep checking the website and the deadline is extended until the end of the month.

so if they received your transcript, does that mean it has already been reviewed ?

I think they meant that most of them were mailed to ucsb but they haven't opened up the envelopes and reviewed each one.
