Is it correct that as long as I wasn't home schooled or an international student then I should NOT submit my transcript upon the time that I submit my application, but rather only if I am admitted for an end of the year report?

Sorry I'm just a little bit nervous on not sending my transcripts seeing how all of my other schools want them, but the UW site says it doesn't for when submitting my application :p

The following applicants MUST send official* high school transcripts.
These transcripts should be ideally submitted at the time of application but in any case no later than the application deadline.

Attended high school outside the U.S. If you attended any part of grades 9-12 outside the U.S., you must submit your official* high school transcripts, along with official English translations of these transcripts and these must be original records directly from those schools, not just recorded on a U.S. high school transcript.

Homeschooled. Documentation for course work completed through home school education must be submitted by the closing date. Consult Guidelines for Homeschooled Students.

Student athlete. Students who expect to participate in intercollegiate athletics must submit the necessary information to the NCAA Eligibility Clearinghouse and must also submit official* transcripts to the UW at the time of application.

No longer in high school. If you have already graduated or have left high school with no expectation of graduating, your final high school transcript is required. The final transcript should be your final high school record showing all course work attempted or completed during your high school years.
