Hello, I’ve been admitted to A&M as a transfer for Spring 2017…I was accepted on 9/21…but I have not received my letter in the mail yet! Should I be worried???

Have you looked in your AIS yet? Go to My documents, then my letters, and your acceptance letter should be there. The Howdy Packets can take some time to get to you.
