Transfer Admissions Chance Me- Cornell ILR, NYU, Tufts, Boston University. I WILL CHANCE BACK

Hi I'm new to College Confidential, and as an spring sophomore transfer I am wondering what my realistic chances as an international applicant, pursuing politics.
College GPA: 3.51
High School GPA: Went to a British School and failed my AS levels (was a complete slacker back then). Was accepted through my IGCSEs with a 3.0 gpa when converted.
SAT: 2280
Letter of recommendations: Probably good
Essay: Very Good, had numerous people review and tell me
Extracurricular: The major ones I'm most proud of are: President of the Model UN club, Founder and President of an international affiliated NGO, Youth Council member for an nobel peace prize nominated Nonprofit cultural exchange organization, Secretary for Student Government.

Bump, please help me

I just took something in… If you are not able to “chance” yourself accurately to the point where you have to post it on this site, how can you chance someone else? I did the same thing somyou are not alone :)

Speaking for Cornell ILR, your college GPA may be a bit on the low end, but grades aren’t everything. I would definitely submit your SAT scores even though you aren’t required to do so as they are quite high. High school GPA has little impact; I transferred into ILR with a HS GPA right around 3.0 myself (slacker as well :-S ).

It is important that you demonstrate a lot of knowledge of the program and that you would be a good fit for the program in your essay. ECs look nice and in-line with the ILR curriculum.
