free? wow!
very cool. i'd stick with it if I were you. is their program for your major good?

yay for giving me 3 credits with a possibility of 3.75. yeah, i won't be going.

Congrats everyone! I was a transfer this year so if you have any questions feel free to ask. I'm also likely to be the transfer coordinator for some of you guys, so definitely take advantage of that program when they ask if you'd like to.

did everyone get their transfer credit evaluation with their acceptance letter?
I still haven't received mine but it seems like they have been putting all of my stuff together later (they didn't mail my decision until the 15th..)

BK you do know that they use the system one class = one credit, right?

has everyone received their transfer credit evaluations? I want to go to Wes but want to make sure I won't be a second semester freshmen.

i spoke to admissions today... they told me i needed to submit a final transcript from my former school with this last semester's grades on it... then they would make an eval of my credits

hm..i also called today and Kim O'Leary told me she mailed mine out on Wednesday which is odd because I haven't sent my final transcript (my classes don't end until June 6).

I had to send a course description for my First-Year Seminar class, so I'm not sure on my credits yet. However, I'm getting atleast 7, so I won't be far behind.

well i get my initial eval today from them with a list of things they need from me (course descriptions, and a final semester transcript)... I was instructed to forward the information to the school.

out of 70 credits i was offered 9.5 credits so far and a potential 7 more once I provide them that information

ctmatch, that sounds fine. You'd be entering with 16.5, which is fine for junior status.

ctmath - keep in mind that at Wesleyan, 1 credit = 1 class. We don't use the credit-hours system.

i know wesleyan's credit system, was simply passing out what I was offered for others who hadn't received their credit assessment since questions were being asked...
