Transfer app question

<p>I'm in my 3rd semester at SUNY Suffolk right now and I'll be graduating in May with an AA in history.</p>

<p>So basically, my question is when is the best time to apply? I've filled out the SUNY app and I'm all ready to submit it to my campus choices, but when would be the best time to do that? Also, when does Stony Brook begin sending out decisions?</p>

<p>The deadline for Fall 2012 is March 1. I’d say the best time to apply would be mid-January, as soon as you know your fall grades are posted. Send us transcripts and everything in January, and you’ll probably be in the first round of decisions for fall, which will (probably) be in mid-February or thereabouts.</p>
