Transfer applicant question

Okay so... I applied and found out you had to send transcripts along with your application. I ordered them online on February 14, when the deadline was the 15, so I was still before the deadline. If they were received in late March but still sent before... am I safe? Or should I be worried?

You are supposed to send your transcripts right after you are done with your application; I don’t think it has have to be before the deadline. After all, the confirmation e-mail you get after you submit your application suggests that you send your transcripts if you haven’t already. If your high school or college transcript is missing, they will contact you and ask for it through the email address you listed on the application. In summary, if they need something from you, they will contact you through e-mail. It tried to contact admissions before to ask if they got my transcripts and they pretty much said what I just told you; they refused to look at specific applications.

Despite this however, the site says that “It is your responsibility to contact each institution to request that transcripts be sent to Admissions by the appropriate closing date.” However, there are many cases in which the university contacts students after the deadline requesting for transcripts because they got lost in transit—it turned out fine afterwards.

Okay, well this gives me a little hope, guess I won’t know for another 1-2 months.
